Want to be on DIGITAL DYNASTY 18 Hosted by Cashis??

It's been a minute, but it's coming... Digital Dynasty 18 is on its way, and expected in time for Christmas as a gift from BallerStatus.com and Tha Advocate.

For the upcoming installment of our free, digital mixtape series, Shady Records' Cali-bred signee Cashis has signed on to play host, helping us introduce hot newcomers ... and usual suspects' music.

After a short break, we're back.

"After taking a brief break after dropping Digital Dynasty 17 with the legendary Jaz-O, I wanted to drop my tape (The Breaking Point)," explained the series' creator, Tha Advocate. "Now as the year is coming to a close, we are taking it back to the west coast. It's big when you combine BallerStatus, Tha Advocate and Shady Records for Volume 18!

"We are gonna close this year out with bang. I want only the dopest, best artists to submit for this sh**," he continued.

Cashis echoed Advo's comments, making sure everyone's preparing for another drop collection.

"This is the part where I tell you the chain of command has been filled ya dig? It's Cashis, Tha Advocate and Ballerstatus.com in this bitch! It's Digital Dynasty baby. We got a slew of some of the best artists on here signed or unsigned [on this mixtape]," said Cashis.

Since its inception, the DD series has garnered over 1.2 million downloads. Past hosts include N.O.R.E., Xzibit, Chamillionaire, Alchemist, DJ Whoo Kid, and Ras Kass, among others. And, if you're not familiar with the series yet, it's time to get with it. It's dedicated to putting fans up on new talent, who may not otherwise get the exposure they should receive. So, we put a little light on them to check their skills.

As always, slots on the upcoming volume are open to talent on the come-up, who need a chance to shine, or established artists wanting to drop some new mixtape heat. For info, holler at Tha Advocate: shadowfalinx@hotmail.com.

DD 18 will drop before the end of the year. In the meantime, download previous volumes below.

And, make sure to support our host Cashis. He dropped mixtape, titled From The Vault earlier this year on iTunes. Cop that, and be on the look out for his upcoming LP, titled Euthanasia, due next year. Follow him on Twitter @TheRealCashis.

Download here- Tha Advocate- The Breaking Point Mixtape (Hosted by Big Lou, Doitall and Killah Priest)

Following a slew of mixtape releases with other artists, New Jersey hip-hop vet Tha Advocate unleashes his fifth solo mixtape this week, titled The Breaking Point.

The rapper/producer hits fans with a mixtape of all original material, boasting songs with a variety of angles and topics -- from problems with society to the struggles of relationships. It's definitely his most personal project yet.

"I feel like this mixtape is me not just talking the talk, but walking the walk," Advo tells BallerStatus.com. "I constantly express my dislike for what hip-hop has turned into and how the real artist,s true to their craft, don't get there proper outlets to shine anymore. So I reached The Breaking Point and decided to make my actions speak louder then words.

"This whole project is so hip-hop, it's so New Jersey, and it's so Advo," the rapper continued. "I put a lot of work into this. Now-a-days the game is so saturated with spam sending 'rappers' that suck and most people almost get numb to hearing about a new artist's mixtape dropping. I am asking that you take some time and download this free, or purchase a CDQ hard copy, and analyze the sh** out of what I put together."

The Breaking Point is a 29-track effort, hosted by vets Big Lou, Doitall and Killah Priest. It features guests such as Ras Kass, Killah Priest, and Mr. Probz. It also features Advo's 2010 hit, "I Run This (Remix)," featuring skilled newcomers such as The Phenom Cartel, Mass, Shawn Blayze, and Whodini.
