We just dropped #15 of our Digital Dynasty mixtape series, hosted by the legendary Naughty By Nature, in late November. And while #16 isn't due until next year, we wanted to give our visitors a free gift just before Christmas, thus here we have #15.5, hosted by the Wu's Killah Priest and Tha Advocate (the series' founder).

That was before we came up with the Digital Dynasty brand.

This year, BallerStatus.com and Tha Advocate hit a milestone with our free Digital Dynasty mixtapes series. Not only did we drop our 15th volume with Naughty By Nature, but we also hit 1 million downloads and counting.

Before we close out the year, we wanted to treat visitors of the site with one more before we begin putting together #16. So, Advo hooked up with the Wu-Tang Clan's Killah Priest, who will host Vol. 15.5 alongside him, which will plan to drop before Christmas and New Years.

"Man, we had to get one more Digital Dynasty out before the New Year. I wanted to come full circle before 2011," Advocate said of the upcoming release. Early last month, we announced that the legendary Naughty By Nature were on board to host the 15th installment of our free Digital Dynasty mixtape series ... and the new tape is finally here.

"15 is a good solid number. Who better to host then legends in the game?" asks Tha Advocate, a member of the BallerStatus.com family and a rapper/producer hailing from New Jersey. "My dudes Naughty By Nature are going to help make Digital Dynasty 15 another milestone in hip-hop. We got up in Newark, did a photoshoot with them and the Garden State Greats ... It's that time. As we announced back in August, we were preparing the upcoming installment of our Digital Dynasty mixtape series ... this being our 14th volume.

And as mentioned, we linked up with G-Unit / Zoo Life artist, 40 Glocc (aka Big Bad 40), who serves as our host for our newest, free mixtape edition.

As we gear up for yet another installment of our Digital Dynasty mixtape series, we thought we'd hit you with an exclusive from the upcoming tape.

This is the first leak off the upcoming 13th volume. It's called "When I Speak," featuring Tha Advocate, Killah Priest, Ras Kass and Mr. Probz.

According to Advo, this track is strictly about real hip-hop.

"The song is about real hip-hop, point blank period. That's why it's called 'When I Speak,' that's why I started my verse with 'When I speak you listen / so you can see my vision'," the rapper said. "It's about us being raw and not being censored. I got my dude Ras and Priest on it, because these are two MCs who never compromised there craft with the changing of the times. Real MC sh**, ya know? That real Ballerstatus sh**!"

"This one of those true gritty realistic street records, we went in on it like the Martin Scorsese's of rap," adds Ras Kass.

The Digital Dynasty mixtape series has become one of the most downloaded on the Internet. Together with Tha Advocate, the series has garnered over 800,000 download across 12 volumes.

After the success of the hip-hop series, we've decided to branch out with an all-new R&B series, which we will begin dropping sporadically from here until an indefinite future.

Today, we're proud to announce the launch of Digital Dynasty R&B, Volume 1, hosted by legendary R&B artist and music industry veteran Mike Biv, better known as Michael Bivins of Bell Biv Devoe and New Edition fame.

If you look in the Guinness Book of World Records, you can see that I got the most records sold of any R&B group in the game."

While Bivins definitely made his mark as an artist, he also made accomplishments as the mind behind other successful acts such as Another Bad Creation (ABC) and the most success R&B group of all-time, Boyz II Men.

As honors as Mike is, we're humbled by his willingness to help us launch the R&B branch of our Digital Dynasty mixtape brand.

"I feel like we took the Internet by storm with our hip-hop Digital Dynasty mixtapes. Now going into RnB is going to be interesting and competitive at the same time," said Tha Advocate. "I always been a huge fan of that real R&B music, so you better believe DD R&B 1 is going to be something to talk about."

Each of our hip-hop tapes have garnered nearly 100,000 downloads. We expect our R&B series will be just as popular.

So, here's the deal. Like we've done with our hip-hop series, submissions are open for our R&B tape as well. Up until the end of the month, we're leaving slots open for up-and-comer singers to inquire about landing a slot.
