Tha Advocate & Mass (aka Jeide Prince): Pray About It (Music Video)

North Jersey spitter/producer Tha Advocate has been grinding over the years, releasing indie gems of heat -- his latest being 2011's The Breaking Point mixtape.

He and partner-in-crime, Philly rapper Mass (aka Jeide Prince), have just dropped a visual for their A.W!llz-produced mixtape cut, "Pray About It."

In the Monstar Films-directed clip, Advo and Mass meet privately with some soldiers they've recruited for an upcoming fight. After training, they become remote controlled drones ... the outcome is to be continued.

The "Pray About It" video is the first video of a series leading up to his previously released "Infliction" video.

The track appears on both Advo's The Breaking Point (download it here ) and Mass' new tape, Maturation (The Story Of Jeide Prince),(Download Here) .

Sticky Fingaz Plays Host For 'Digital Dynasty 19' Mixtape, Submissions Open

It's that time again. We dropped our last Digital Dynasty mixtape days before Christmas, and after a short break -- where we dropped Tha Advocate's Breaking Point and the debut of New Jersey supergroup, the Garden State Greats -- we're prepping the upcoming release of #19 in the series.

This time, we've hooked up with Sticky Fingaz, of the legendary New York hip-hop group Onyx who enjoyed mainstream success in the early 1990s.

Sticky will play host for our upcoming volume.

"I seen this Dynasty being hosted from west to east. Now it's time to make a stop back in Queens," the rapper said.

"We are four years strong now. I got to say, personally, I am honored to have a legend like Sticky Fingaz hosting our volume. Onyx has always been in my top 5 favorite groups of all-time. This is gonna be something dope for real," Digital Dynasty creator, Tha Advocate, said.

Since its inception, the DD series has garnered over 1.2 million downloads. Past hosts include N.O.R.E., Xzibit, Chamillionaire, Alchemist, DJ Whoo Kid, and Ras Kass, among others. And, if you're not familiar with the series yet, it's time to get with it. The tape series is dedicated to putting fans up on new talent, who may not otherwise get the exposure they should receive.

As always, slots on the upcoming volume are open to submission. For info, holler at Tha Advocate: shadowfalinx@hotmail.com.

Free Download- Garden State Greats - State Honor (Hosted by Tha Advocate, Doitall and JD Williams)

It's been a while but we finally dropped the new mixtape from The Garden State Greats!

New Jersey has a long history in hip-hop, breed talents like Redman, Ice-T, The Fugees, Queen Latifah, The Outlawz, Slaugtherhouse's Joe Budden, the Poor Righteous Teachers, and Rah Diggah. Those are just a few names though. A few others who have made their mark in NYC's neighboring city are legendary groups, Naughty By Nature and the Lords of the Underground.

As revealed in a previous interview, Naughty frontman Treach and Lord Gang's Doitall are among a newly formed group comprised of some of the state's best emcees, known as the Garden State Greats (GSG).

The group -- comprised of Trigger Treach, Doitall, Fam Famiil, Tah G Ali, Prince Ak, B-Wellz 211 and The 0-50 Boyz -- have been hard at work over the past several months on their debut mixtape ... and it's finally here. We hooked up with the new group to exclusively debut the tape, titled State Honor, a collection of new tracks from GSG and close collaborators.

The debut mixtape boasts 18 brand new songs featuring all members of the group, as well as verses from Tha Advocate, Whodini, and JD Williams ("The Wire"), among others.

"The idea was brain stormed from Fam of Rotten Razcals, who said, 'Yo we need to get together a squad,' " Treach said of the group's formation. "We had to build the movement locally, because that's how it is, you got to have your hood backing you and your state riding with you."

Look out for future projects projects from GSG. Until them, follow group members on Twitter: Treach (@TriggerTreach), Doitall (@DoitallDu), Naughty By Nature (@NaughtyByNature), and Tah G Ali (@Tah_G_Ali); or on Facebook.
